Shipping and Handling

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that there may be substantial delays in delivery services.This is beyond our control, and we seek your kind understanding and patience.

Additionally, orders will be accumulated and shipped in bulk to reduce trips to the Post Office. For international orders, kindly allow up to 10 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Times (Singapore)

Singapore Orders takes approximately 3-7 working days to be delivered.

If you have chosen to ship your order via Singpost Flat Mail (no tracking service), please understand that this store will not be held liable for any lost Flat Mail due to the nature of this service, and we highly recommend that you opt for tracked mail services at checkout.

 

Shipping Times (International)

All orders are shipped from Singapore via Singpost. On average, international packages take 2-4 weeks to reach their destination. However, some packages may take up to 3 months due to circumstances beyond my control, or the control of Singapore Post, such as delays at customs or high delivery load during festive periods. Kindly understand that this store will not be held liable for such delays.

International Orders will be sent via Singpost Registered Service. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon the fulfillment of your order. Please note that the status of tracking information after the package has reached its destination country is subjected to the destination post's availability.

Please also ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. If your parcel is lost or being returned to us due to the wrong mailing address provided, or due to failure to collect the parcel from your local post office during the collection period, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Declaration of value will be in accordance to the order received.

Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, charges or fees incurred at your destination country. Import taxes are not the responsibility of this store, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Failure in the timely payment of such fees to your country's customs may result in your package being returned to the shop. In this case, you will have the option to:

1. Pay for shipping again to have the package re-sent to you OR

2. Get a refund for your order, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
